A Book with a Real Deadline
This book has been one of the few books we've published that had a real deadline. My client wanted these books for her mom's memorial service... which was two weeks away and our Publisher had a week of out of town vacation he was leaving for the next day.
We received all the final materials, assembled the book, teleconferenced from the hotel during vacation to accomplish edits, remotely printed the book and made the deadline.
This book was a posthumous gift to Dorothy's family and friends made possible by advances in technology combined with a liberal application of elbow grease and midnight oil.
