Altered Reality Photography is a unique blending of photography and impressionistic art.

Begun as a Polaroid sx-70 photograph, the Altered Reality is manipulated using various tools while the surface is still pliable. Swirls of color and texture transform the realism of the scene to an altered view – a slightly off-balance look through the eyes of Terry Reinbold.

A recognized master in portrait photography, these images are a departure from the norm for Terry; the next phase in a continuing quest for creative expression in photographic art.

Terry’s first photographic art book, The California Missions as Art, received a Davey Award.
